Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocates appearing for the petitioner and the private respondents.

Petitioner claims to be owner of a property where he attempted to be dispossessed at the behest of the private respondents.

On the other hand, private respondents claim to be the owner of the property and denies and disputes regarding any issue relating to dispossession.

So far as right, title and interest of a property is concerned, the same is for the civil court to decide and this Court will not enter into the said domain.

However, State has submitted a report. I find that Hogalberia Police Station is completely aware

regarding the ground reality existing so far as the dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents is concerned. The concerned police authorities would oversee that no breach of the peace or tranquility takes place and/or any untoward incident results because of the inimical relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 16096 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
