Petitioner claims that the employees of the workers of the petitioner's aunt had committed theft and cheating in respect of documents and other valuables. To that effect, information was furnished on 26.06.2025.

The subject matter of the said letter dated 26.06.2025 reflects that no steps were taken in respect of the information furnished on 22nd June, 2018 by the police authorities. Police authorities submitted a report which reflects that Baranagar P.S. Case No.459 of 2018 dated 31.07.2018 was registered

for investigation and the same on conclusion of investigation resulted in the charge-sheet.

Since steps have been taken by the police authorities at the appropriate stage of the proceedings and charge-sheet has been submitted in the year 2021, petitioner is directed to take steps before the jurisdictional court in case he is aggrieved by any act and action of the police authorities.

Learned advocate for the private respondent No.5 and 6 submits that earlier a similar writ petition was preferred and the same was dismissed for default. Petitioner is repeatedly approaching this Court unnecessarily and without any cause of action. Having considered that the petitioner's grievance has been addressed, I am of the view that no interference is called for. Accordingly, WPA 16092 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to both the parties.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
