We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of co-accused Atihar Mallik has been rejected in December, 2022. While rejecting his bail prayer this Court directed completion of trial within one year from the next date fixed for recording evidence. Time frame has not expired till date. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
