1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner contends bail may be considered on the ground of delay in trial. However, bail prayer of petitioner was rejected on merits in November, 2023 and till was directed to be concluded preferably within one year from the next date fixed for recording evidence. Proposed time-frame has not expired yet.

3. Under such circumstances and in view of gravity of offence, we are not inclined to release the petitioner on bail on the ground of delay in trial.
