1. This application has been filed by the petitioners with a prayer for restoration of order dated 6th January, 2025 passed by this Court thereby dismissing the revisional application being No. 1934 of 2013.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that on the day of dismissal of the revisional application, he could not come before the Court on account of unfortunate death of his sister.

3. Considering all the facts and circumstances, the prayer for restoration stands allowed. Let the revisional application being CO 1934 of 2013 be restored to its original file and number.

4. Accordingly, the application being CAN 6 of 2025 stands disposed of.

5. Let the matter appear in the monthly list of March, 2025 peremptorily.

6. Receipt of payment of cost is filed and taken on record.
