2. Affidavit of service be kept with the record.

3. The instant application is filed against the order No.26 dated 16.04.2025 passed by the learned District Judge, Alipore, South 24 Parganas, whereby the prayer for interim stay was refused in proceeding under Section 36(2) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

4. The learned Advocate for Union of India, being the petitioner, submits that direction may be given to the learned District Judge for expeditious disposal of the proceeding under Section 36(2) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

5. The application is disposed of giving direction to the learned District Judge, Alipore, South 24 Parganas to dispose of the proceeding filed under Section 36(2) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.

6. Accordingly, the instant application being CO 2603 of 2025 stands disposed of.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
