1. This is an application for modification of condition of bail.

2. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that while granting bail, the petitioner was directed to furnish one local surety. However, due to his financial conditions the petitioner is unable to comply such conditions. He seeks for modification of the condition of bail.

3. Learned Advocate for the State leaves the matter to the discretion of the Court.

4. In view of the submissions advanced on behalf of the petitioner and the averments made in the application, the order granting bail to the petitioner dated 28th July, 2025 is modified to the extent that the petitioner, namely, Dinu Sardar be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of

Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand), with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kalna, cum Judge Special, POCSO Act, Kalna.

5. The order dated 28th July, 2025 is modified to the above extent only.

6. The other portions of the order shall remain unaltered.

7. Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 stands disposed of. (Bivas Pattanayak, J.)
