Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the petitioner is a proclaimed offender. He relies upon a report which be taken on record.

In view of the petitioner being declared as proclaimed offender, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 3606 of 2022 is dismissed.
