1. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that due to property dispute, the petitioner has been falsely implicated. The petitioner is the brother-in-law of the victim.

2. The learned Counsel for the State and the de facto complainant have opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

3. Considering the materials available in the case diary and the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. directly implicating the petitioner for the alleged offence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
