It appears that the instant revisional application is filed challenging the impugned judgement and order dated 7.4.20215 passed by the learned First Appellate Court in connection with Misc. appeal No. 16 of 2014.

It further appears that the instant revisional application is pending since the years 2015 and there is reasonable ground to be believed that the petitioner has lost interest to proceed with the present application and as such there is no justification to keep this revisional application alive in the list. Accordingly C.O. 2341 of 2015 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
