The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that without any authority, the private respondent is trying to construct, neither he is the owner nor he has any document in his possession to establish any right, title and interest over the property. However, by use of force, the private respondent no.4 is trying to raise construction, petitioner has resisted and informed the police station, but in spite of informing, no action has been taken by the police authorities.

As none appears on behalf of the State, Mr.

Amit Kumar Ghosh, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State, is directed to represent the State. His appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

In view of the contentions raised by the petitioner, the petitioner would approach the appropriate authority which would pass necessary direction upon the police authorities regarding the

private respondent having no document to substantiate his right over the said land in issue. In case such a direction is passed upon the police authorities, the police authorities will render all possible assistance to the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 17367of 2024 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
