Perused the case diary.

Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statements of neighbours who had stated about an incident immediately prior to the fateful event and the statements of other witnesses including that of a relative recorded before the learned Magistrate, I do not consider that this is to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
