Mr. Satrajit Sinha Roy .....for the Petitioner. This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the complainant and is directed against an order no.14 dated June 20, 2025 passed by the learned Presiding Officer, District Consumer Redressal Commission, Kolkata in complaint case no.121 of 2024.

After some argument, learned advocate for the petitioner prays that a direction be passed upon the learned District Commission to dispose of the complaint case expeditiously.

In the light of the submission made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, C. O. No.2604 of 2025 stands disposed of by requesting the District Consumer Redressal Forum, Kolkata to make an endeavour to dispose of the complaint case no.121 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
