We do not find there to be any willful or deliberate violation of the order passed on 1st May, 2025. 2.

The D.P.I. appears to have decided the issue required to be decided by the D.P.I. as directed in paragraph 2 of the said order. Moreover, the decision of the D.P.I. has given a fresh cause of action. If the applicant is aggrieved by such decision, it would be open for the applicant to challenge the said decision before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the order passed by the D.P.I.

Accordingly, the contempt application is disposed of.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. 6.
