Agarwala ...... for the State Petitioner renews his prayer for bail. His prayer was rejected on April 2021 and we are informed that dates have been fixed for recording evidence.

Under such circumstances, we are of the opinion no case for reconsidering his bail prayer is made out.

Hence, we are not inclined to grant to the petitioner. Trial Court is directed to proceed with the trial of the case with utmost expedition and conclude the same at an early date from the next date fixed for recording evidence, keeping in mind the statutory mandate under 35(2) of the POCSO Act.
