Mr. Sumit Routh For the petitioner Mr. Swapan Banerjee Mr. Suman De For the State The present application has been preferred for relaxation of the conditions of bail, as incorporated in the order dated 13th August, 2019 passed by a Division Bench of this Court.

Mr. Routh, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted bail by this Court by an order dated 13th August, 2019. Till date the petitioner has complied with all the conditions, as incorporated in the said order. He further submits that upon completion of investigation, charge-sheet has also been filed on 25th October, 2019 and, accordingly, he prays for relaxation of the condition "to meet the Investigating Officer once in a week until further orders". Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate appears on behalf of the State along with Mr. Suman De, learned advocate.

Upon hearing the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and since charge-sheet has already been filed, we waive the condition directing the petitioner to meet the Investigating Officer once in

a week until further orders. However, the other conditions contained in the said order shall remain unaltered.

The application, being CRAN 1 of 2020 (Old No. CRAN 515 of 2020) is, accordingly, disposed of .

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
