This matter has mentioned for correction of the description of the court where the petitioners shall appear in terms of our order. 2.

In the cause title of the application, the description of the court where the petitioners shall appear, has been wrongly mentioned as "learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, at Kalyani Nadia". 3.

Mr. Sabir Ahmed, learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that it should be "learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nadia at Krishnanagar. 4.

Leave is given to correct the description of the court in the cause title. 5.

Consequent upon such correction being made, the description of the court mentioned in paragraph 4 of the order dated 11th July, 2024 shall also stand corrected.

Let this correction be incorporated in the order dated 11th July, 2024.

7. In view of such correction, the time to appear before the jurisdictional court is extended by two weeks from date.

This order forms part of the order dated 11th July, 2024. Other portions of the said order shall remain unaltered.
