And In the matter of : Dr. Sourav Kundu ...... petitioner Mr. Shibaji Kumar Das ....for the petitioner Mr. Narayan Prasad Agarwala, Mr. Ashok Das ....for the State Report submitted in Court on behalf of the State be taken on record.

It is claimed in the report that since November 26, 2021, the petitioner was not reporting before the Investigating Officer. Petitioner claims that he reported before the Investigating Officer and in support of such contention, he relies upon various documents of attendance.

In such circumstances, it would be appropriate to call for a report from the State on this aspect.

Petitioner will provide the Investigating Officer with the original documents showing his attendance.

List the application on April 24, 2023 when the State will submit a further report.
