Presently, the petitioners contend that the unauthorized construction complained of has been removed and, as such, the petitioners are not interested to proceed with the writ petition any further. Written instruction has been forwarded to the learned advocate-on-record of the petitioner. Let the same be retained with the records.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the writ petition stands dismissed as 'not pressed'.
