And In Re : Sambhu Soren alias Saren ...... petitioner Mr. Siddhartha Sarkar ....for the petitioner Mr. Atif Ahmed Siddiqui ....for the State The petitioner is named in the statement of the de-facto complainant recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in respect of the offences alleged. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein as transpiring from the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 3610 of 2022 is dismissed.
