Heard learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. Affidavit of service is on record. Petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by inaction on the part of the respondents BL&LRO in disposing of his applications in question under Section 6 of the Right to Information Act, in spite of specific direction by the appellate authority. Such orders of the appellate authority under the RTI Act are annexed to the writ petition.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition being WPA 16367 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the BL&LRO authority to consider and dispose of the applications of the petitioner which have not yet been disposed of which have been filed under Section 6 of the RTI Act, in

compliance of the order of the appellate authority within four weeks from the date of communication of this order and to intimate the petitioner such order of disposal.
