It is further submitted co-accuseds have been enlarged on bail.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record including the statements of witnesses recorded under Sections 161/164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Petitioner appears to be the principal accused who hit the victim on the head resulting in his death. In view of the aforesaid fact, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is thus rejected.
