The petitioner in this instant revisional application has prayed for expeditious disposal of Misc Case No. 591 of 2023 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purba Burdwan.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that although the matter was fixed for ex parte hearing on 13th May, 2024, but till today the matter is not disposed of for which his client is suffering. Upon hearing the learned advocate for the petitioner and considering the facts of the case, this Court is of the view that no fruitful purpose will be served in keeping the petition pending and directing service of notice upon the opposite parties. Thus, this application is disposed of with a request upon the learned Judicial Magistrate, 6th Court, at Purba Burdwan before whom the matter is now pending to dispose of the Misc. Case No. 591 of 2023 within a period of four months from the next date fixed before the said learned Court.
