1. The matter was listed on 10th December, 2025 and on the said date learned counsel for the petitioner prays for time to file exception to the report filed by the authorities. Accordingly, the case was adjourned. Again, the matter was taken on 2nd January, 2026 and as per the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter was adjourned till 19th January, 2026. Again, the matter was taken up of for hearing on 22nd January, 2026 and on that day also learned counsel for the petitioner prayed for time.

2. Today also when the matter was called none appears on behalf of the petitioner.

3. From the record it is found that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the matter. Accordingly, WPA 16231 of 2025 is dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
