Mr. Sankar Paul Ms. Kumari Shipra Roy ....for the petitioner Learned advocate for the petitioner is present. This application is directed against the order dated 8th April, 2024 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Tehatta, Nadia in Criminal Revision No. 13 of 2023. Criminal Revision No. 13 of 2023 was filed by the opposite party No. 2 with a prayer for challenging the order of maintenance passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tehatta, Nadia in connection with Maintenance Case No. 21 of 2020.

The opposite party No. 2 prayed for enhancement of the maintenance in the said criminal revisional application. Learned Additional Sessions Judge, Tehatta, Nadia disposed of the said revisional application by dismissing the prayer of opposite party No. 2 and affirming the order passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tehatta, Nadia. This being so no prejudice is suffered by the petitioner. Thus, this revisional application filed by the petitioner is without merits and the same is dismissed. Urgent certified Photostat copy of this order, if applied for, shall be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible on compliance with all the necessary formalities.
