At the time of call learned advocate representing the petitioner submits on instruction that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed as a result whereof petitioner does not want to proceed with the writ petition.

The respondent no.2 is represented by learned advocate who has filed affidavit-inopposition which is taken on record. In view of aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner no order need to be passed on this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

However, there shall be no order as to

costs.
