Mr. Amajit De, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that he has presently instructions that there has been compliance of the directions of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Durgapur in connection with Durgapur Police Station Case No. 372 of 2021 dated 16.08.2021.

Having regard to the compliance which has been made, the purpose for which the revisional application was preferred has become infructuous. The petitioner would be at liberty to approach the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Durgapur in case circumstances so revive.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 2537 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
