Learned advocate for the petitioner expressed an anxiety being the father of the child as the mother along with another person has taken away the child and the petitioner is unable to meet his child.

Learned advocate for the State submits that case has been initiated under the provisions of Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and the police authority after completion of investigation has submitted charge sheet.

In view of the submissions advanced on behalf of the State and statutory remedy available so far as the child is concerned, petitioner will approach the jurisdictional court for necessary reliefs.

With the aforesaid observation writ petition being WPA 16327 of 2025 is disposed of.
