In Re: CRAN 1 of 2025 Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions of bail which was granted on 28.07.2025.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. However, the report is very cryptic and no information regarding the trial proceedings have been furnished before this Court. It is also not transparent whether the evidence of the victim till date has been recorded.

Accordingly, the conditions imposed while granting bail to the petitioner be waived only after the evidence of the victim before the learned trial court is over. Till that date, the petitioner would adhere to the conditions imposed. Learned special court would ensure the same and also waive the conditions after the victim's evidence is over.

With the aforesaid observations, CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.
