Learned advocate for the State has also produced the case diary, which contains the report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
The report reflects that all the accused persons have been discharged from the case as the de facto complainant addressed an affidavit to the Officer-in-Charge of the concerned P. S. informing that there has been an amicable settlement between the parties. Having regard to the aforesaid, I am of the opinion that the revisional application has become infructuous. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 2370 of 2018 is dismissed.
