The Officer-in-charge, Matia Police Station, Basirhat has filed a report dated 1st November, 2021. The same is kept with the record.

It is revealed from the said report dated 1st November, 2021 that the dispute appears to be purely civil in nature.

In view of the aforesaid fact, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
