3. Considering the serious nature of injury inflicted on the vital part of the body of the victim being head and the alleged role attributed to the present petitioner, I do not consider this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
