1. Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

2. Perused the Case Diary.

3. It is alleged that the petitioners' brother had taken photograph of a minor girl. The other side protested. This led to a scuffle damaging the mobile phone. Thereafter, the present petitioners allegedly abducted the relatives of that girl and extorted money.

4. Considering the nature of allegation and the alleged roles ascribed to the petitioners, I do not consider this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
