Radha Gobinda Maity v. State
30.09.2021 IN THE HIGH COURT AT CALCUTTA Sl. No.119 CIVIL REVISIONAL JURISDICTION (PP) APPELLATE SIDE RVW 2812 of 2005 in CO 1261 of 2005 Radha Gobinda Maity Vs.
State of West Bengal & Ors.
This is an application for review. The matter has been appearing in the list for a considerable period of time but no one responded when the same was called. The matter was, therefor, directed to be placed in the list today marked as "Last Chance". Even today, no one appears on behalf of the review applicant/petitioner or the respondent.
After considering the grounds of review, I do not find any of the conditions analogous to the provisions enumerated in Order XLVII Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 is either attracted or fulfilled. The review petition is, therefor, devoid of merits and the same is dismissed, however, without any order as to costs.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
