Sachirani Mondal akb Mr. Shiladitya Barma ...For the Petitioner Inadvertent typographical mistake in the judgment and order dated 30th January, 2023 is corrected as under :- The date "dt.07.07.2021" appearing in the 2nd line of paragraph 2 at page 6 of the said judgment and order be substituted by the date "dt. 07.07.2011".

The order dated 30th January, 2023, accordingly, stands corrected to the extent indicated above. Let this order be treated as part of the order dated 30th January, 2023 and other portion of the said shall remain unaltered.

Certified copy of the order dated 30th January, 2023, if already supplied, be corrected accordingly. Urgent photostat copy of the order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on priority basis on compliance of all necessary formalities.
