1. On perusal of the entire materials as placed before us, it reveals that the present accused petitioner is the husband of the deceased lady. There are eyewitnesses with regard to the alleged stabbing by the present accused petitioner. The charge has not yet been considered by the Trial Court.

2. Considering the gruesome nature of the crime, we are not inclined to exercise our discretion under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in favour of the present petitioner.

3. The prayer for bail is, accordingly, rejected, at this stage.
