C.R.R. 2382 of 2018 Court No.

Item 76 Ssi In the matter of:- Dhiraj Thard 17.06.

Mr. Arnab Mukherjee Mr. Somosuvra Sarkar ...for the o.p.no.1 Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the complainant opposite party is taken on record. Despite service upon the learned advocate on record of the private opposite party, no one represents the private opposite party or prays for any accommodation.

It appears that earlier on several occasions, attempts were made to serve notice upon the opposite party. Despite service in different modes, the petitioner has not responded and stopped being represented after a point.

On the last few occasions, i.e; on 06.04.2022, 08.06.2022 and 09.06.2022, when the matter was called on for hearing, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner or prayed for any adjournment.

Accordingly, the revisional application is dismissed for default.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities. .
