The present criminal revision of the year 2019 is filed praying for setting aside of orders dated 13.06.2017, 28.07.2017, 16.10.2017, 06.02.2018, 24.07.2018, 26.09.2018, 06.12.2018, 13.03.2019 and 23.05.2019 passed by the learned Fourth Judicial Magistrate at Alipore in proceeding being Case No. A.C 4202 of 2016 under Sections 406/34 of the IPC.

As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
