Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners reside on a different place. They were not present at the place of occurrence. Three other co-accused are in custody.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention to the materials in the case diary. He submits that the victim suffered 90% burn injuries. He refers to the statement of the neighbours implicating the petitioners.

The de facto complainant is represented.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein as transpiring from the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (A) 3614 of 2022 is dismissed.
