Petitioners are aggrieved by non-consideration of the information dated 18.06.2024. Petitioners complain that there was issue relating to a shop room for which criminal cases were earlier registered. However, the representation dated 18.06.2024 was not considered by the Inspector-in-Charge/Officer-in-Charge, Dhubulia Police Station.
As none appears on behalf of the State Ms.
Mahuya Dutta Biswas, learned advocate who ordinarily appears for the State is directed to represent the State. Her appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities.
Having considered that the representation is of 18.06.2024 and more than a year has passed since then, if the petitioners are faced with similar inconveniences, petitioners will report to the police station i.e. the Inspector-in-Charge/Officer-in-Charge of Dhubulia Police Station who will take steps in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observations WPA 17313 of 2024 is disposed of.
All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
