Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits she is unable to arrange for local sureties. As a result she could not appear and pray for regular bail.

On the other hand, learned Counsel for the State and de facto complainant submit she has been implicated in other criminal cases too.

We have considered the materials on record.

Order of anticipatory bail was passed by the Co-ordinate Bench after considering all relevant facts. Presently petitioner contends she was unable to arrange for local sureties. Accordingly, she could not appear and pray for regular bail.

Under such circumstances, we modify the conditions of bail and direct in the event of arrest, the petitioner, shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-, with two registered sureties of like amount each. 5.

Other conditions of anticipatory bail shall remain the same

6. Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2024 is disposed of.
