The petitioner in the instant case is aggrieved by the act of the respondent nos. 1 and 2 in not supplying the necessary information with regard to the details in reference no. 33210240023696, the name of the Cyber Crime Department or Cyber Crime Police Station.
Learned advocate also refers to the notice and representation made by the petitioner through his learned advocate on 13.05.2025 with a request upon
the Branch Manager, HDFC Bank, Central Plaza Branch, Kolkata-700020.
Upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the learned advocate this Court is of the view that no fruitful purpose will be served by keeping this matter pending and directing filing of affidavits. Thus this writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the Branch Manager, HDFC Bank, Central Plaza Branch, Kolkata-700020 being the respondent no. 2 herein to consider and dispose the representation made by the writ petitioner on 13.05.2025 marked as annexure P-6 to the writ application by a reasoned order and upon giving the writ petitioner or his learned advocate an opportunity of being heard. Such decision shall be taken at an early date and preferably within a period of five weeks from the date of communication of this order.
This writ application stands disposed of.
