The present criminal revision of the year 2019 is filed praying for quashing of initiation and continuation of proceeding being G.R Case No.1068 of 2019 arising out of Md. Bazar Police Station Case No.231 of dated 05.08.2019 under Sections 379/411/413/414/120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 21 of Mines & Minerals Act, 1957 read with Sections 33 of the West Bengal Mines and Minerals Act, 2002 and 3 of Prevention of Damages of Public Property Act pending before the learned ACJM, Suri, Birbhum.

As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
