The present criminal revision of the year 2019 is filed praying for quashing of initiation and continuation of proceeding being G.R Case No.374 of 2019 arising out of Debrajpur Police Station Case No.181 of 2019 dated 25.07.2019 under Sections 379/413/414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 21 of Mines & Minerals Act, 1957 pending before the learned ACJM, Dubrajpur, Birbhum. Learned counsel for the State is present.

As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
