Mr. Sumanta Das .....for the Respdt Nos.6 to 8. The Municipal Authorities of the Krishnagar Municipality do not have any objection if the kali puja is performed at the same place in respect of which representation was made on 25.10.2021.

In view of the submissions made by the Municipal Authorities as also the State, the Inspector in-Charge, Kotwali Police Station, Krishnagar is directed to see that there are no violation of COVID protocols as also there are no breach of peace at the locale where the members of the local club are involved. Further, there should not be any complaint from any authorities regarding abuse of the

permissions so granted by the Municipal Authorities for conducting the puja.

Reports so submitted by the Municipal Authorities as also the Inspector-in-Charge, Kotwali Police Station be kept on record.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA No.17456 of 2021 along with all connected applications are disposed of.
