Records of the writ petition reflects that earlier in 11.08.2025 Court No. 35 M/L. No.763 Rakib WPA 806/2024 there was a direction for the police authorities to keep a sharp vigil at the locale and ensure no breach of the peace takes place. Subsequently the present writ petition has been preferred after a representation was submitted to the Inspector-in-Charge of Harishchandrapur Police Station on or about 14.03.2024.
Mr. Yusuf, learned Additional Government Pleader has submitted a report. Report reflects that in connection with the dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents at least nine cases were registered. Prima facie the same reflect that there is not only a strained relationship but bad blood is existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.
Having considered that the police authorities are well aware regarding to the nature of the dispute and difference between the petitioner and the private respondents, they would take steps in accordance with law as and when there is violation of maintenance of law and public order. It is further directed that the
representation which was submitted by the petitioner is on or about 14.03.2024, in case fresh inconveniences are faced the concerned Inspector-in-Charge would address the issues in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observations WPA 17321 of 2024 is disposed of.
Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.
