Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail Learned lawyer for the de facto complainant submits that the petitioner is the habitual offender and another case based on similar allegations has been registered against the petitioner. We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses show that the petitioner received money on the false promise of giving employment. Petitioner has criminal antecedent. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
