As recorded in my order dated June 16, 2022, this matter was directed to go out of the list by an order dated January 24, 2006 and no steps have been taken by the petitioners to have the matter enlisted after the said date. It seems that the petitioners are not interested in the adjudication of the issues raised in the writ petition.

The writ petition being WPA No.15632 of 2005 is dismissed for default.

Interim orders, if any, is vacated.
