By this writ petition petitioners have made an innocuous prayer of direction upon the respondent No. 2 to hold the election of Board of Directors which is due according to the petitioners.

Without going into the merits of this writ petition, it is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 2 to expedite and complete the election process of Board of Directors of the Society in question in accordance with law within twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order.

With this observation and direction this writ petition being WPA 16866 of 2022 stands disposed of.
