The petitioner alleges inaction on the part of the Tapan Police Station. He has complained that the private respondents are forcefully cultivating on his land. Tapan Police cannot adjudicate or decide upon any title to any land.

Since the petitioner complains that the private respondents are using force and intimidating him, the Officer-in-Charge, Tapan Police Station shall ensure that there is absolute no breach of peace in around the petitioner's premises.

Any civil claim may be agitated by the petitioner before an appropriate Civil Court. The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
